Managing Partner, certified auditor and certified accountant

Radovan Lucić

Radovan is director and audit partner of the company Šibenski Revicon. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. He has been a certified auditor since 1995 and a member of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors. Radovan has more than 30 years of managerial experience in decision-making related to auditing, accounting and application of tax regulations which he gained in auditing companies, banks, branches of foreign companies, and similar. Radovan works as an audit manager of financial and consolidated statements and a manager of Due Dilligence Projects. He supervises and controls the work of other team members and ensures that the audit process takes place in accordance with work plans and agreements with clients. He is responsible for resolving more complex situations and contacts with clients.

Helena Jurčić Šestan

Long-standing experience in the field of auditing and consulting for the private, public, and financial sectors. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, she began her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998. As a manager and member of audit teams, she actively participated in audits of companies across various industries, as well as in audits within the financial sector. In addition to audit projects, Helena also worked on financial and business consulting engagements. She continued her career at the audit firm IB Grand Thornton, in the position of company director, where she was responsible for the overall organization of operations, auditing, as well as conducting due diligence processes and company valuations. Helena gained experience as a member of the management board for finance, with more than 10 years of expertise in the tourism industry, construction, and energy, as well as in the retail sector, with proven experience in improving business performance and processes, and in establishing various business functions: controlling, financial reporting, budgeting, preparation of business plans, investment studies and business projections, procurement, cost optimization, cash flow management, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as integration processes in companies with total revenues exceeding EUR 150 million.

Asja Polak

Asja is the audit partner of the company Šibenski Revicon. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. Asja has been a certified auditor since 1998 and she is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors. With more than 25 years of audit experience, she carried out a number of audit projects, agreed procedures according to the special requirements of the clients, audits of consolidated reports, audits of status changes (division, establishment and merger). Her clients are institutions, non-profit organizations, small, medium and large enterprises from the sectors of production, construction, trade and various service activities. Asja works as the manager of the audit of financial and consolidated statements and the audit of EU projects.

Nino Lucić

Nino graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. He has been a certified auditor since 2014 and he is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors. He obtained the license of a certified tax advisor in 2018, and of a certified assessor in 2020. He has many years of experience in auditing and works on the preparation of audit, communicates with accounting and management of the company. He deals with tax consulting (profit tax, income tax, VAT, etc.), company valuations and due diligence.
